What a year!

As we wrap up EPM's 30th anniversary year, let's take a quick look at the fantastic achievements of 2023. 

Launching EPM Connect

We've built a cutting-edge integrated cloud-based platform that streamlines and centralises employee data, to proudly providing the education sector with a solution that brings together the best in service and technology. With input from education leaders, we've ensured that EPM Connect has an adaptable modular structure so that you can add additional modules as and when needed. Plus, our system fully integrates with our new bespoke Payroll & Pensions software, so that your education setting has access to a complete end-to-end solution. Introducing a new brand

As part of our refresh, and to mark our 30 years in business, we revealed a brand-new look, a refined service, and a new external-facing website, alongside our technology partnership with EveryHR By IRIS Software Group. As part of this, we introduced our "interconnected octagon" - a visual representation of our range of connected services which can be used individually or collectively. Forming a strategic partnership

We became MATA’s strategic partner for 2023/24, and have already been fundamental in sharing our expertise and supporting trust leaders throughout change. As partner this academic year, we’re keen to share a safe space with trust leaders so that they have a sounding board to share their learnings and challenges. Developing new events

This year we hosted our first Roundtable session for senior MAT leaders, education industry experts, and HR experts. To our delight, it was so well-received that we're developing a new Roundtable Series, enabling likeminded professionals to come together to share thoughts and experiences. Beginning in February, with a further five dates, we're inviting present, evolving, and ambitious CFOs to join our CPD-certified Academy Finance Training. Held in Huntingdon and Newton Aycliffe, this programme will enable attendees to enhance their existing financial expertise and gain hands-on skills.
