When EPM was founded, back in 1993, there were just a handful of employees offering only HR support to schools. Now, if we look at where we are today and the journey we've come on, we’re an accredited and award-winning national education services business with 250+ employees, offering a complete solution across HR, payroll & pensions, safer recruitment, leadership & MAT development and finance.

The last few years have seen so many changes. For us, that has covered joining the Citation Group in 2017, acquiring Avec Partnership in 2019, bringing us up to our most recent software partnership with EveryHR By IRIS. Each of these changes has presented new opportunities not just for ourselves as a business but for our clients too.

And that’s what’s inspired our brand refresh, which also coincides perfectly with our 30th anniversary.

We’re thrilled to have you with us on our journey of change and would love you to join us in celebrating the launch of our fresh new brand identity, purpose and look.

Of course, we’re still the EPM you know – we’re the same great people, offering the same great expertise (with the added bonus of some powerful new additions).

Essentially, we want to continue to bring the most value to you as a client, help you create a strong and stable education setting, and empower you to make informed, data-driven decisions.

So we’ve got a brand-new look, a refined service offering which provides a complete solution, a new external-facing website and client Hub on the way, and a technology partnership with EveryHR By IRIS Software Group.

New look

Meet our “interconnected octagon” - as we embrace change and pave the way forward with our new, future-focused look. Our new logo is what visually connects our range of services, each colour representing a different service area which can be used alone or together to provide a complete solution. It stands for the continuous support we provide to our clients wherever they are in the education lifecycle.

Refreshed purpose

As a business, people are at the heart of what we do, and we pride ourselves on putting our clients first. We’ve focused on how we can continue to provide deep subject matter sector expertise, while providing an integrated tech solution so that we can always be there for you, whatever the challenge.

Improved technology

As our clients will see, we’re evolving our self-service website to provide a complete service solution through a new resource Hub.

Soon, we’ll also be launching our refreshed external facing website – providing school leaders nationwide with the power to choose a combination of services across HR, safer recruitment, payroll & pensions, finance, leadership & MAT development, and health & safety.

And that’s not all. There’s more coming in the future with our EveryHR By IRIS technology partnership, allowing us to deliver the experience, expertise, tools and the systems you need to operate more rapidly, smoothly and successfully.
