A message from Jen Elliott, CEO & Andy Mackey, COO

As we stand on the threshold of 2024, we are pleased to share an exciting new chapter in the journey of EPM.

We are delighted to announce that we have just completed a management buyout of EPM from the Citation Group, after 6 years of ownership. We are extremely proud to have supported the education sector for over 30 years and this marks the beginning of another positive chapter in our evolution.

As the new co-owners, along with our Senior Management team, we are well-positioned to lead EPM into 2024 with a continued focus on offering the best in service and software to the education sector. Driven by Data, Powered by People. Jen, CEO, has been with the business for 25 years, and Andy, COO, joined at the beginning of 2023 with 20+ years of experience in delivering technology-enabled services in Education to strengthen our operations.

Our promise to you

The service that you have come to expect from the EPM team will continue to improve, evolve and develop to meet the fast-changing requirements in the sector. Our operations are more robust than ever, and our focus in 2024 is not just a roadmap for technology but a commitment to continue to build on the value we deliver to schools and multi-academy trusts.

Investing in technology

2024 will be pivotal as we rapidly approach the launch of EPM Connect. This innovative software is designed to simplify and automate repetitive tasks, allowing us to offer strategic insights by analysing school data and trends. EPM Connect will be a cornerstone in underpinning our advisory services, enabling us to provide more proactive, insightful and effective solutions.

Our team: The heart of EPM

At the heart of EPM’s success are our 280+ incredible colleagues. We’re proud to lead a team of such dedicated professionals who are committed to supporting our customers. As we embark on this new phase, our confidence in EPM’s future is stronger than ever!

Together, with your continued support, we look forward to many more years of productive partnership.

With excitement for what lies ahead,
Jen Elliott, CEO & Andy Mackey, COO

Combat absence management using your data

Accurately recording absences will allow you to identify trends and patterns for individuals and the school or trust as a whole – giving you the chance to explore the causes and consider plans to combat them.
