With document fraud rife among many sectors organisations must be aware of their role in promoting effective and lawful recruitment. Our document fraud awareness training session, delivered by the Home Office, will help you recognise the common security features used to protect travel and identity documents from being counterfeited or tampered with.

This highly interactive session will explain the differences between counterfeit and forged documentation, and provide you with resources to understand different countries' passports and their unique security features, so that you can ensure you're conducting safer recruitment.

About this event

You'll get a clear understanding of common forgeries and will develop the skills to identify basic forgeries/counterfeits. We'll cover:

  • How to differentiate between a counterfeit and a forgery
  • The common types of forgeries to be aware of
  • Understanding basic security features found in official documents.

To make this session even more valuable for our attendees, please have your passport, driving license and store card to hand.
