In light of funding limitations, service delivery requirements and external factors, it may be necessary to implement organisational change within your School or Multi-Academy Trust. Regularly reviewing your structure will help to ensure that it is fit for purpose, financially sustainable and delivers the best possible outcome for pupils.

As is suggested by the term 'organisational change', this strategic alteration has the potential to affect an employee’s job, whether that's in relation to their pay grade, working pattern or leading to possible redeployment or redundancy. It's for this reason that employees must be notified and appropriately consulted regarding organisational change, to ensure that policies and procedures are implemented in an open, fair and consistent manner.
