EPM was one of several HR providers we looked at as part of our procurement process earlier this year.
From the first initial demo and team meeting it was fairly obvious to us that we had a professional company who knew just how “schools work” because, of course, we are different to other organisations.
Our school sent many emails asking a variety of questions and all were answered promptly.
When we reached a decision on the final three providers, another raft of questions were placed to EPM who delivered by our deadline and fully covered ALL we had asked.
After the decision-making process was completed and we moved forward with EPM, I certainly did not feel overwhelmed with huge amounts of onboarding requests. A short Teams meeting followed and then one email was sent setting out what we needed to provide. Nothing too onerous. We had the information to hand.
The team have been quick with their responses and our initial thoughts on the team are very positive. We are looking forward to working with EPM.
